The latest version of ViroMatch is provided via DockerHub. To download and install ViroMatch into Docker Desktop service, type the following in your terminal.
docker pull twylie/viromatch:latest
Once installed, you can’t check the version of ViroMatch installed.
docker container run twylie/viromatch:latest viromatch --version
